Fixed Share Partner / Senior Solicitor

Summary

We are currently looking to recruit an ambitious, driven and self-motivated Private Client Senior Solicitor that has the potential to progress their career to Fixed Share Partner level (or a candidate that is already a Fixed Share Partner) to join our Probate team in Lincoln.

The role will focus on all types of Probate work, including Wills, Estate Administration, Court of Protection work, Estate Planning, Trust advice and administration.

The role will be based in our Lincoln office, but may also require travel to our other office locations.

Duties will include
  • Carrying out work referred to above in a collaborative and team focused manner. 
  • Providing support for other team members, particularly more junior members of the team.
  • Having a leadership role within the current team and to manage work being done by that team to ensure efficiency and that work is being carried out at the right level and to a good standard.
  • Playing a key role in business development.
Qualifications
  • STEP qualified.
