Summary

We are currently looking to recruit a Private Client Fixed Share Partner to join our Probate team in Lincoln.

The role will focus on all types of Probate work, including Wills, Estate Administration, Court of Protection work, Estate planning, Trust advice and administration.

The role will be based in our Lincoln office, but may also require travel to our other office locations.

The Department

The specialist team has over 100 years' collective experience of private client matters. They take pride in being trusted advisers, providing comprehensive and pragmatic advice on a day to day basis.

The team represents a wide range of clients, with particular expertise in providing advice to farming families, business owners, lottery winners and people with disabilities/their carers. The day to day work covers all aspects of estate planning, with particular reference to family succession, asset protection, tax mitigation and mental capacity.

The team work closely with their business division colleagues to develop the client base and further specialist support is needed to continue to build on the growth of the department.

Duties will include
  • Carrying out work referred to above in a collaborative and team focussed manner. 
  • Providing support for other team members, particularly more junior members of the team.
  • Having a leadership role within the current team and to manage work being done by that team to ensure efficiency and that work is being carried out at the right level and to a good standard.
  • Playing a key role in business development.
Qualifications
  • STEP qualified.
