The role

The Residential Development Sales Department deals with the set up of new developments, including drafting the Contract and Lease which are uploaded to our online document room for the ease of purchasers’ lawyers.  The department also deals with the sale of plots for House Builder and Registered Social Landlord clients.  

The role requires someone:

  • Who is organised and systematic

  • Who is enthusiastic, pro-active and enjoys a “hands on” approach to work

  • Plot sales experience would be an advantage

Specific Duties:

Under the direction and checking by a fee earner

  • Generating contracts and leases

  • Generating exchange paperwork

  • Generating pre completion paperwork

  • Generating completion paperwork

  • Day to Day admin for the team

  • Generating replies to purchasers solicitors enquiries

  • Answering the phone and taking messages and dealing with email requests

Candidate specification
  • Ideally will have completed their LPC

  • Must have some experience working as a property paralegal

  • Good attention to detail is essential

  • Hard working and flexible

  • Good team player

  • Good at following instructions
