The role

We are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Assistant to join our team and support us in our marketing and business development activities.

Things we’d like you to do:

  • Data administration of our CRM system

  • Event support - preparation of materials and onsite registration

  • Supporting business development managers with administrative tasks including research, client facing materials and meeting preparation

  • Work with our teams to help keep the website up-to-date

  • Assist in the design of marketing materials

  • Generate enthusiasm - we need someone who can keep people engaged, positive and enthused

  • Be creative - we work in competitive markets and need to constantly find new ways to engage


The team

The Marketing team consists of a Marketing and BD Director, a Digital and Communications Manager, two Business Development Managers, a Client Development Manager and an Events and Sponsorship Manager.

  • Experience in professional services / Law firm environment

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads negotiate deadlines
