The role

Our Real Estate department are looking for an admin assistant to support the busy team.

This varied role will involve mainly the following tasks:

  • File openings and closing

  • Printing / binding / scanning

  • Saving into our document management system

  • Documents - Manuscript amendments then resaving, changing plans etc.

  • Land registry submissions, AP1s, OS2s etc.

  • Dictation – data entry & lease checking on rent roll for EXI team

  • Report on titles collation

  • Document room adding, deleting, updating

It will also involve:

  • Recalling files

  • Creating deeds to go to store

  • Taking files off shelves that are overflowing and sending to store

Candidate specification

We are looking for someone organised with good administration skills and attention to detail who enjoys being part of a team.

The role may suit a graduate either looking to take a route into law or someone with a gap before starting their GDL/LPC or taking up their training contract. It may also suit a school leaver as full training will be given.

This is not a paralegal role and will involve client matter set ups, filing, archiving and generally helping the team with searches etc.
