The role

Our Property Litigation team are looking for a paralegal to help them run a caseload of housing management cases which vary from anti-social behaviour injunctions to disrepair cases.


Candidate specification

The candidate must have the following experience:

  • Drafting legal documents including notices and pleadings;

  • Interviewing witnesses and drafting witness statements;

  • Reviewing experts reports/repair histories and thereafter compiling scott schedules;

  • Preparing trial bundles;

  • Attending hearings with other fee earners and/or counsel;

  • Undertaking legal research;

  • Working proactively to conclude cases in a timely and sensitive manner.
