The role

Specific Duties:

Under the direction and checking by a Team Leader:

  • Receive Client instructions – using relevant plot sales Database (PSD) load all information onto system. Assist with opening files

  • Generating initial letters, appropriately within 48 hours of receiving instructions for both Staircasings and Resale Transactions

  • Obtaining Land Registry Office Copy Entries

  • Generating Mortgage approval documents

  • Generating completion paperwork and scanning of core documents to Net Docs (matter database)

  • Answering the phone and taking messages and dealing with basic email requests

  • Ensuring paper light environment with a clear desk policy

  • Assisting with general administrative duties; filing, scanning and preparing post

  • Assist with archiving and closing files in readiness for external storage



Client base and type of work

The department deals with processing of high volume sales of residential developments on behalf of house builders and housing associations. Our main clients include: Notting Hill Genesis, A2 Dominion, L&Q, Peabody, Barratts, Bellway, Berkeley and many more.

To offer value for money and to provide a first class plot sales service to our clients, ensuring that we meet their needs at all times.

Candidate specification

The role requires someone:

  • Who is organised, systematic, friendly and helpful

  • Who is enthusiastic, pro-active and enjoys a “hands on” approach to work

  • Plot sales experience would be an advantage but not essential

    Expertise required:

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy is essential

  • Hard working and flexible

  • Good team player

  • Quick learner

  • Good at following instructions

  • Proficient in using a computer (basic Word, Outlook and Excel)
