The role

We are looking for a Maternity Cover Business Development Manager to work with our multi-practice Private Wealth team across all areas of marketing and business development. The team provide advice across a range of legal disciplines helping clients in both their personal and business lives.

This role will sit within our wider marketing team which contains experts in key account management, digital, bid management and events. The right candidate will work with the partners and the wider marketing team to develop and drive our strategy in the following markets:

Professionals                                    Entrepreneurs                           Family offices

NEDs                                              C-Suite                                    Owner Managed Businesses

Things we’d like you to do:

  • Lead and develop business development and marketing across the Private Wealth market
  • Work in partnership with the wider marketing and business development team
  • Work with the partners to agree joined up business plans for the group
  • Ensure the execution of all plans and the measurement of results
  • Coordinate activities to ensure joined up communication and information sharing
  • Ensure the execution of all plans and the measurement of results

  • Encourage and promote the use of our CRM system to improve information sharing and knowledge
  • Identify and develop target markets
  • Develop the profile of the group both internally and externally
