Candidate Skills
• Proven 4-5 years IT Training of which previous solid experience of working within a Law Firm is a must covering the following:
• Document Management Systems background - WS currently uses Netdocuments, though any DMS system experience is useful
• Practice Management system – WS currently uses Envision, 3E experience is a plus
• Expert/Advanced technical knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications
• The ability to communicate professionally at all levels within the firm
• Proven experience in delivering training at both an individual and group level
• Comfortable delivering training over a video conferencing platform – Zoom or Teams
• Other applications Time Recording and PDF manipulation (See list of applications at the end of this sheet)
Must be able to demonstrate the following
• Being a quick learner
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Proactive and innovative in their approach to training and support
• Demonstrate being a team player and work alongside others
• Able to give hands on training and support as and when required - face to face or remotely using Zoom or Microsoft Teams
• Ability to work under pressure when dealing with high call training request volumes

• Zoom rooms implementation at Minerva House (head office)
• New client matter inception system roll-out first quarter of 2021
• 3E-project roll out is expected in 2021, the role will therefore have huge involvement in front-office testing, training and eventually floorwalking support when we go live.
