The role

The Residential Development Sales team are looking for someone to assist the department (or relevant team) with administrative support.

Specific Duties

Under the direction of a Team Leader/other senior member(s) of the team:

  • Archiving completed matters
  • Scanning documents
  • Post-completion paperwork – dating hardcopy documents, scanning and saving to each matter’s online file
  • Dealing  with incoming and outgoing post and liaising with our Admin Department
  • Receive Client instructions and input all data into the Plot Sales Database (“PSD”)
  • Answering the telephone, taking messages and dealing with email requests
  • Ensure a paper light environment with a clear desk policy 

 

Client base and type of work

The department deals with the sale of plots for a number of House Builders and Registered Social Landlord’s with clients such as Barratt, Berkeley, Canary Wharf, L&Q, Notting Hill Genesis and A2Dominion.

To offer value for money and to provide a first class plot sales service to our clients, ensuring that we meet their needs at all times.

Candidate specification

The role requires someone:

  • Who is organised and systematic
  • Who is enthusiastic, pro-active and enjoys a ‘hands on’ approach to work
  • Plot sales experience would be an advantage but not essential

  • Good attention to detail is essential
  • Hard working and flexible
  • Team player
  • Good at following instructions
